Maryanna Stark Adelman
Biography
Maryanna earned a B.F.A. in painting from the Kansas City Art Institute. After teaching at the high school level, she returned to school and earned her MA in Printmaking and Painting from the University of Missouri, Kansas City.
She has exhibited in the Kansas City area; including, ArtsKC, Habitat Contemporary, The Late Show Gallery, the Nerman Museum and the Kansas City Artists Coalition. She also participates in ArtsKC's Now Showing program. Maryanna currently teaches drawing at the University of Central Missouri. Her work may be seen at maryannaadelman.com or on Instagram at maryannaadelman.
